I. Dossiers of application for work permit: Documents and information workers to provide 1.Bachelor Degree or confirm letter experience (more than 5 years) was legalized in the Embassy of Vietnam (Certified by Vietnamese diplomatic representative agencies overseas and consularly legalized in accordance with Vietnam’s laws) 2. Judicial CV record has been legalized by the embassy in Vietnam (if the expatriate has lived in Vietnam for < 6 months) 3. Medical certificate issued by one of these clinics: at the Hospital Comlumbia or Cho Ray hospital or Viet Phap hospital. Validation of medical certificate: 06 months 4. Certified copies of passport & visa or Temporary residence cards of the workers 5. 04 color photos 3x4 (bareheaded, front side, clear face & ears, without eye-glasses, & taken) 6. Copy of certificates investment, business registration 7. Labor contract II.Dossiers of application for Judicial CV record(if the expatriate has lived in Vietnam for > 6 months) 1. Copy of certificates investment 2. Certified copies of passport & visa or Temporary residence cards of the workers 3. Certificate of the Ward Police where foreign currently reside (above 06 months) III- Activities of Vietlink consultant law firm: Consult Vietnamese labour law; Translation and notarisation all legalized papers; Prepare the application dossier for work permit; Representing for customer submit and receive work permit; IV- Task schedule The time for obtaining the work permit to be 15 working days as from the date client completing the sign on Application Dossier; The time for obtaining the Criminal record to be 30 working day as from the date client completing the sign on Aplycation dossier V Service charge: The service charge for a work permit is 200$; Service charges apply for judicial CV: US$ 20/01 worker The total service fee under this Proposal shall not include 10% Value Added Tax , legalize and translation fee all documents into Vietnamese( if more than 3 pages) If you want to discuss about other issues involves in contract, time, term of payment.... please feel free to contact us.
